New Delhi-based Pramod Group has designed the 5 Savita Classic, a penthouse spread over 310 sq. yds., blending the nostalgia of the Indian Raj with contemporary spaces. Plush furnishings, deep tones, carved elements, grand chandeliers, golden elements, and patterned wallpapers bring in a bespoke flavor.
Lavish sofas with accent chairs impart a regal aura to the living room, accessorized with exquisite and handpicked collectibles. The double-height dining area carved into an atrium leads to a grand staircase, leading to a landscaped green terrace. Dining chairs paired with a minimalistic table sit across the media lounge, with a floral wallpaper decorated with ornate framed mirrors and a vintage seating area. The aforementioned terrace has a fully-equipped bar, making it an ideal venue for entertaining guests.
