Accent colors for Mumbai office

New Delhi-based Sanjyt Syngh Design Studio has designed the One BKC in Mumbai, which was to integrate four separate units into a turnkey office project.

Conceived as a single volumetric form, the project is sited at Bandra Kurla Complex, a premium commercial area in Mumbai. A contemporary, luxurious, and practical design, every suite has a self-contained space to entertain visitors. Spread over 16,000 sq. ft., each suite is distinguished by a different accent color. Natural light flows in through the three-sided glazing while gigantic art sculptures and colored glass partitions make up the rest of the look.

Views have been maximized from all angles, such as placing the television into the ceiling to visually expand space. Materials are sourced from the firm’s local partners and European vendors to promote functionality and sophistication. Art pieces and textiles collected from all over the world break the monotony of a conventional Indian office.
