European-inspired visuals for Mumbai office

Photographer: PHX Photography

Mumbai-based JTCPL has designed Spaces, which was to design a contemporary co-working space, a lounge, conference rooms, and a co working area.

The 2930 sq. m. co-working space is built on two levels – a reserved co-working area on level one and, team boxes, private cubicles, and office space on level two. A Scandinavian color palette inspired by Mumbai’s European lineage and minimalistic design allows freedom of thought and movement while the users engage with each other and visitors. Materials and colors are designed to allow the layout to take center stage and reflect Mumbai’s forward-thinking character.

Level one has non-reserved co-working spaces with community tables at the center and banquet seating along the glazing. This design encourages positive, free-spirited, and open-minded conversations by business thinkers who enjoy meeting new people. There are conference rooms available for the team members and visitors as well. Reserved co-working areas with team boxes and executive suites are present on level two, which offer an array of spaces to choose from depending on the team size and budget.

Clean visuals are incorporated with color and texture, with Scandinavian furniture adding quiet elegance to the space. Interesting light fixtures and accessories bring a boho-chic flavor.
