How has technology changed wedding planning?

With the arrival of smartphones and high-speed internet, technology transforms the experience of wedding planning and experience. On the more, social media enables better communication for tracking and response time when corresponding, meeting the client and catering to guests. Here is how technology has revamped the wedding planning industry:

  • Live streaming and webcasting

Periscope broadcasts, YouTube live-streaming and social media Live is helpful for guests who couldn’t attend the wedding in person, but want to enjoy the ceremony. Guests are informed about the details beforehand, and they can log in to view the event. This is also a great way to display the wedding décor and hotel property.

Couple photographs, flowers, cars, bikes, lyrics or even anecdotes are popular options for projections on the wedding cakes – shown through moving pictures and music.

Wedding designers now have robot designers who would mix and serve drinks to the guests at the bars, and the choices could be selected from application to be installed on any digital device.

Though wedding photobooths are quite common, quests will enjoy clicking pictures at the Hologram selfie booths. Apart from this, there are digital invitations and custom wedding websites are common options to include technology in wedding planning.
