Hybrid plan for Ahmedabad office

Ahmedabad-based Studio Mortise has designed Infilon Technologies, which is a commercial project spread over 8000 sq. ft. The client wanted a modern and egalitarian workspace that fosters creativity, collaboration and conversation. Functions are efficiently arranged to connect people in the same tea and follow a hybrid of open-plan offices and enclosed conference rooms. This optimises square footage, which in turn promotes teamwork and productivity.
The open-plan office encourages interaction and collaboration as it engages with its clients while maintaining a vibrant and inviting personality. Yellow and wooden laminates create a welcoming atmosphere in the modern-day office. The office design unfolds through two wings with a public client area and a private employee section, which allows the team for intimacy, freedom and relaxation. Lighter colours, muted finishes and lounge furniture are used.
