Chandigarh-based Ruby’s Signature has designed the Apartment 904, which is a 4BHK apartment spread over 2000 sq. ft. surrounded by greenery. The client is a couple with three children, who wanted an elegant and warm home. Resembling a modern artisanal home, the firm chose earthy beiges and browns, woven and metal accents. The entry passage radiates warmth with wooden panels and white walls, with a decorative cabinet and mirror decked with flowers. At the end, a waiting room splits into the living and dining rooms with an expandable partition.

The living room features earth-toned furniture and green suede armchairs against the grey accent wall, along with patterned cushions and metal-accented trims. Modern abstract painting and metal accents retain the contemporary look, and lead the way to the dining area to lend open space. Soft leather dining chairs and the marble tabletop with metal accents highlight the laser-cut placemats, and this space takes one to the bedroom.

The master bedroom has brown and beige accents with two-colored basket weave headrest, while two paintings against the white walls underline the existing experimental narrative. The child’s bedroom features quirky furniture with accessories and play spaces, while the guestroom has a blush and beige palette with floral bedding and soft furnishings.
