Bengaluru-based The KariGhars has designed the Gran Carmen Address, which is an uber-luxury villa with calm and comfortable interiors. It is designed in a modern contemporary style spanning 8000 sq. ft. with a pastel colour palette, and the spaces are designed to reflect the user’s personality. Upon entering, the home office has white ceilings and walls that reflect productivity and creativity. It is furnished with wooden shelves, glossy black tables and golden accents.

The living room imbibes a modern minimalistic palette with chandelier-like pendant lights, and a blue couch and golden-yellow carpet enliven the whites and greys. Decorative lights illuminate the wooden furnishings, and green plants instil a soothing element. The compact kitchen has black and white units with a glossy white countertop, and the pathway leading from the living room is lined with stone walls. This leads to a large green open space finished with wooden flooring, allowing for outdoor discussions.

The pooja room features bright colours that transmit happiness and positivity, contrasting the muted living room.
