Neutral colours for luxury penthouse

Bhubaneswar-based Ocasa Design Studio designed An Antique Amalgam, which is a luxury penthouse spanning 4000 sq. ft. The project features neutral tones and classic features and welcomes visitors through a foyer with cream and white tones. The intimate living room has wooden furniture and patterned soft furnishings. A large electric blue sofa adds a contemporary pop to the space, along with a ceiling light and motorised curtains for the high windows. Being a duplex penthouse, a double-height wall was required.
The dining room houses a six-seater dining table designed and created in-house, a bar with blue chairs and several décor pieces. Moving to the children’s room, one finds a utilitarian bunk bed and a blush guest room with pink floral wallpaper and grey closet space. One ascends the upper level through the glass-partitioned staircase to find a small lounge with a blue sofa and staircase. The master bedroom uses green and brown with golden accents, along with a leather headrest and see-green velvet seating. An attached walk-in closet with storage units and a spotlight-themed mirror promotes luxury.
