Neutral with bright pops for Noida apartment

Noida-based Apeiro Design Studio has designed the Raj Niwas, which is a 4BHK apartment spanning 2,500 sq. ft. that required breathable luxury. The entrance opens into an informal living room using a monochromatic yellow colour palette running throughout much of the house.
An open-floor living and dining room creates an opportunity for social gatherings, with lighter colours to visually expand the space. Though the room follows a neutral colour palette, one finds bold accents in rugs, artwork, and furniture and décor pieces. A free-flowing balcony created a seamless connection to the living room, thus bringing in natural light and visually expanding the space. The custom-designed teakwood dining table has an Italian marble top and gold inlay detail paired with teak yellow and grey upholstered chairs.
The kitchen has bespoke granite platforms for a spacious and low-maintenance design, continued with a minimalistic mandir hidden inside a wall. The master bedroom has a regent-grey bed back quilting and a white wardrobe to style a fun and exciting environment. The daughter’s bedroom has a mature pink design with a curved upholstered bed back and an arched wardrobe façade area, and circular edges and customised cabinet handles that make the furniture child-friendly.
