Park-themed design for Pune office

Mumbai-based Worksphere Architects has designed the Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited in Pune, an uber modern office space spread over 45,000 sq. ft. for the global IT solutions and services, which would be infused with loca cultural aesthetics.
Offshore Development Centres (ODCs) were designed of varying capacity, which are essentially secured and access-controlled offices within the larger space. Thus, enclosed rooms with 60-100 seaters that would otherwise give a fragmented look to the workspace, was blended to develop a coherent design that promoted personal space for each employee. A park-themed collaborative office space with a mini-golf section creates a central interaction zone between the enclosed cubicles around. Major circulation paths give a sense of openness to the detached space.
