Spring theme for Bengaluru home

Bengaluru-based Boketo Interior Concepts has designed the Home, which is a transitional-style luxury apartment located in a plush neighbourhood. Spanning 4000 sq. ft., it has an entrance foyer, a spacious living and dining room, a kitchen and four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The client wanted a timeless design with a balance of colour, texture and pattern. Materials and finishes are selected based on the theme of spring that connects the décor with the outdoors, also following a neutral colour palette of beige and wooden tones.

The entrance foyer has a series of arches dressed in Armani Madeleine wallpaper and a customized ceiling installation with gold leafing, leading to the living and dining room that denotes understated luxury. An accent wall with classic veneer panelling and brass strips, sculptural lights, salmon and cream upholstery and ottomans upholstered in a cow-printed fabric is the interesting design features.

Bedrooms are spacious and light-filled with a soothing colour palette and lighting fixtures with metal accents. The master bedroom has Ukiyo-e art-inspired wall cushioning integrated with the décor, while botany-themed wallpaper brings a tropical ambience into the daughter’s room. For the son’s bedroom, fluted veneer panelling and blue-tinted glass with brass inlays are chosen for the accent wall.
