Architect Shilpa Jain Balvally’s design firm Studio Osmosis has designed an office that aims to bring the outdoors into the indoors. ‘Happy’, a new age finance company’s office design is a functional space that evokes productivity and efficiency.

The biophilic design brings the outdoors into the work space and helps manage stress levels and mood. The multipurpose central breakout space sports a performance stage and ramp with artificial turf flooring with different functionalities that makes it flexible.

The modern-day office is no longer a room full of work stations but instead, accommodates break out zones, has informal spaces alongside formal work stations. With the number of work hours increasing in every sector, Balvally has designed a space that is functional, stimulating, appealing and efficient and thus influence mood and productivity levels of users.
