A look into evolving office spaces

Human work culture experiences a constant change in work patterns and lifestyles, thus altering the corporate outlook on office spaces. Dynamic workspaces improve work productivity and employee wellbeing as they are physical and virtual, centralised and distributed, compact and free and personalised and communal at the same time.
Green environments around the KPIT Office provide a serene backdrop for employees, and an open layout incorporates several task-specific workstations. Collaborative spaces such as conference rooms and meeting rooms planned at all levels encourage people to connect and interact. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and air, and bright open spaces with skylights promote social gatherings.
The Pride World City has an open layout to encourage communication and collaboration, whereas the double-height workspace has a floor-to-ceiling glass façade to allow natural light. Colourful columns on the exterior exert a positive impact on the occupants and visitors as well, which aid in attracting purchases and sales.
