Hans’ kitchen is simple, clean and functional, so that small details such as a well-placed functional hanger tile stand out. A feature that is used often in DTILE-tiled kitchen is to wrap appliances in a cover of tiles. On the right hand side there’s a tiled object that contains the extractor hood and oven, mirrored on the left hand side by a microwave oven and a tiled shelf.

The tiled walls, countertop and sink and the combination of white tiles and a light grey grout give the kitchen a clean, minimalistic appearance. This is complemented by the use of different function tiles (bookholder, towel hanger, cup, vent, butchers rail, socket, magnet and drain).
