Design brief and aim:
The designers were asked to convert the interior of a heritage building into a coworking space, giving it a raw, industrial look.

How this was accomplished:
The reception sets the tone for the space, with unfinished concrete walls, and a pinewood background to the reception desk. Besides the open space, furnished with long tables that can be used as workstations, the design incorporates specific zones that are intended to increase efficiency and make work fun. These include meeting rooms, a nap room covered in serene wallpaper, with futons, sofa cum beds and a carpet, a lunchroom and a separate café which serves as an open lounge work area. This has colorful chairs with Konrad round tables and a white ideation corner.
It also features a library and an amphitheatre that can accommodate around 30 people. The use of white lights and wooden furniture adds a sense of warmth to the space. The interiors have also been given character with the use of wall art and motivational framed posters.

How green was my project:
An outdoor terrace space with grass turf, tall plants and vertical horticulture provides the necessary green element to the project.

Happily ever after:
The space offers an inviting environment for entrepreneurs.
