Bengaluru-based Svamitva Architecture Studio has designed the Earth Villa, which is a residential project spread over 28-acre site. The unit focuses on a minimum integrated with greenery while combining age-old lime plaster technique with mid-century furniture. Décor complements wellness with natural tones exhibits health, sound and strength. Hand-painted artwork specially commissioned by the client adds character, and makes for a conversation starter.

The dining space opens to a landscape niche with green Kota stone, along with exposed concrete above the dining table. Diffused natural light complements warm shades, by minimizing the transition spaces between rooms. The double-height central atrium connects residential spaces, while accommodating conversation, relaxation and communication. Light fixtures made from banana leaf and curios add detail to the expansive space.

Natural interior tones are chosen for bedrooms highlights the fine textural details and volume of the space, and the classic bedpost brings in nostalgia. Curated artisan furniture, décor pieces and customized lights revive traditional art forms. The home integrates with modern technology explores the contemporary lifestyle.
