Energy-efficient glass for Goa villa

IFJ Likes: Designer Tarun Tahiliani has designed a unique, contextual glass villa built around a cluster of existing, mature trees. AIS (Asahi India Glass) has used energy-efficient glass products for this architectural façade. The result of this is that UV radiation has been reduced, dust eliminated from entering the interiors and outside noise reduced by up to 42 decibels.

The villa, with a built-up area of 6,628 sq ft, has four bedrooms, double-height ceiling living room and dining room spread across two levels. The highlight of the living room is the sunken seating around a cluster of trees almost at the level of the water.
