High-end luxurious look for mid-income housing
Using materials created in-house, Seedle by DC Group have designed the interiors of the mid-income housing project Rustomjee Urbania in Thane to create a sense of luxury for its over thousand residents.
The project includes amenities that cater to everybody. There are contemporary amenities like an in-house gym, café and party halls to cater to the needs of residents of all ages.
Indoor and outdoor design aspects have been blurred by providing an illusion of a large and inviting area. The idea was to create a recreation hub with a lot of connected spaces instead of divided rooms.
The space was created to craft a unique recreational experience that focusses on good quality and well planned spaces instead of a focusing on materials and colour palettes. The rooms are adorned by quirky sculptures that are designed to recreate human emotions connected to the purpose of the room. The simply crafted space is designed to let in natural light and natural ventilation making the space sustainable and healthy while creating a relaxed environment for residents to recreate and rejuvenate within.
