Opulence for Mumbai home

Photography: SP Photography

Mumbai-based Walls and Things has designed the Atlantis, which is a home spanning 6000 sq. ft. that reflects opulence designed for a small family. The foyer features an emoji wall that welcomes the guest to the living room, which has a curated bar unit, marble flooring, and a stone-finished glass chandelier. The hidden bar unit has wall art adding vibrance and colour, and connects to the kitchen with a sliding door. The kitchen opens up to the breakfast table on its left that collapses to enjoy the sea views, a BBQ unit, and a pizza oven. The convertible dining area allows one to view the skyline.

The outdoor deck is created with a collapsible bar unit, curated artwork, and installations. One can look up to the night sky through the telescope, and a day bed is placed at one end adjoining the bar. Mirrors on the ceiling add depth to the master bedroom, which is well-ventilated with an attached washroom and a private open deck.  Blue, black, and white clouds reflect the morning sky, while black denotes nighttime. All bedrooms open up to the skyline and are connected to washrooms with private decks. In a particular washroom, the washbasin and mirror are suspended from the ceiling. They have the privacy and luxury to look up to the sky, with different colored themes for mood sensuous lighting.
