Mumbai-based Concept Consilio India Pvt. Ltd. has designed the Snowflake Cloudtech India Private Limited in Pune, which is a commercial project spanning 121,879 sq. ft. over two separate floors. The client had an extensive and specific design brief, along with detailed guidelines. The firm had to create a design that adhered to these guidelines, while also ensuring that it aligned with local adaptations.

This involved making adjustments throughout the project, from coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensuring compliance with local regulations related to COVID-19. Using the latest technology, they integrated Matterport into this project. By using 360-degree photo scans of the entire office space, they provided the client with a full walkthrough experience of the project digitally.

The cool color palette in the work zones facilitated a peaceful and focused ambiance, while the relaxation and collaboration areas employed warmer colors for a welcoming atmosphere for interaction. The vernacular context honors the region’s cultural aspects while upgrading itself with technological advancements. This connects the client’s global vision and local employees, fostering inclusivity and connection while maintaining the local touch.
