Mumbai-based Anish Motwani Associates has designed the Home, which is a residential project that embodies refined simplicity. The two-storeyed home uses a single-colored marble flooring establishing elegance and continuity, and the same marble is used as cladding for the window walls. The ceiling design is characterized by clean lines and diffused lighting, which adds modernity to the space. Walls and ceilings are otherwise colored pristine white, accentuated with wallpaper as focal points. Loose furniture and artifacts infuse the interiors with vibrance, warmth, and character.

The dining and bar areas use white and black, which contrast the green outdoor views through expansive floor-to-ceiling white aluminum windows. The bespoke dining table features a natural marble top supported by a brass frame for luxury and functionality. On the other hand, the bar has a black design using laminate, back-painted glass, and natural stone for the counter.

The powder room is discreetly placed near the bar for privacy and has a wall-to-ceiling mirror for added spaciousness. The remaining spaces are decorated with natural marble and diffused lighting, thus creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere.
