Indore-based Imagine Design Studios has designed the D-Ornate, an apartment project spanning 1368 sq. ft. The design embraces clean lines, minimalism, sleek aesthetics, and functional spaces that reflect modern living. The client wanted a contemporary design that suited their lifestyle and style, creating a functional, sophisticated, and inviting living space. Following a warm home that prioritizes comfort, convenience, and natural light, the home follows a neutral color palette with bolder accents.
One enters through a blue PU door designed as a focal point and finds soft pink wallpaper, PU molding, and golden accents for an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The living room uses purple and grey furniture, complementing the warm and functional wooden log rack. In the dining room, one finds a rectangular mirror on the ceiling and a white molding console as a stylish ad functional piece. One enters the kitchen through a wooden-framed black glass door, leading to durable quartz countertops, laminated cabinets, and grey dado tiles.
The minimalist bedroom features grey wallpaper and blue MDF molding. Subdued colors such as whites, greys, and beiges are used as a timeless backdrop. Striking accents such as deep blue and greens introduced through furniture, artwork, and accessories create focal points for visual interest. Bespoke furniture includes streamlined chairs and minimalistic tables for a sleek and uncluttered look, yet again prioritizing comfort, functionality, and space optimization.
