Singapore-based Catallo Associates and Mumbai-based Consonni Contract India have designed the Prestige Falcon Tower in Bengaluru, a new headquarter building for the Prestige Group, spanning over 70,000 sq. ft.

The First floor consists of the cafeteria, auditorium, pre-function and meeting rooms. Located on the second floor of this tower is the currency museum ‘Rezwan Razack’s Museum of Indian Paper Money’. The 11th floor is the executive floor for the top management. The other three floors consist of the general offices for various departments.

Grey Serpeggiante marble on the walls blends with the warm horizontal grains of walnut depicting a seamless flow of energy in the luxury hotel reception and business center. High ceilings with black chrome-metal fins define the crystal chandeliers. The auditorium doubles up as a cinema hall for private screenings with 190 quilted leather chairs sourced from Spain with a Dolby ATMOS sounds, while walnut paneling and Perlato Grigio marble are used in the banquet area and private section respectively. Spread over 10,000 sq. ft., the café brings in natural light with its warm wooden tones and green walls. Surrounded by hundred-year-old trees, the spill-over area on the terrace allows the users to enjoy their breaks in a positive environment.

A neoclassical charm is reserved for the offices of the CEO and Directors.  There is an extensive use of solid wood mouldings and rich Sapeli panels inlaid with book-matched mahogany Crotch veneers. The warm Mahogany wooden wall panelling theme is complimented with Heavy moulded doors, Portoro Marble portals, high vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, Bevelled leaded glass Dome, wood flooring and magnificent area rugs.

The furniture is hand-crafted and made with top grade Italian Veneers in the UAE. Each piece of furniture was custom-made for this project and involved extensive research and development, shop drawings and samples prototypes to reach the final product.
