New Delhi-based Nitin Kohli Home has designed the Emaar Marbella Villas, a villa project in Gurugram. The client wanted a modern and contemporary three-generation home for the homeowners, their daughter, and their parents. The home finds wooden wall and ceiling paneling, and the ground floor comprises a formal entertainment zone, kitchen, and guest room. Additional bedrooms are divided between the first and second floors, with a lounge and study. The basement is transformed into an art museum and gallery, displaying the clients’ artwork.

The villa has 6000 sq. ft. of living space and five bedrooms, offering ample room for the family to live and play. The project did not involve any demolition to stay within the budget, used modern and traditional design, and emphasizes on art and creativity. It is designed to be stylish and practical, with ample storage space and modern amenities. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with natural light and ventilation. The kitchen is functional and beautiful, with modern appliances and fixtures.
