Visual experience for Chandigarh residential project
Chandigarh-based The Design Studio has designed the Elegancia, which is a high-rise residential project that combines comfort, design and luxury. With a built-up area of 10 lakh sq. ft., the spaces are designed to promote quality living and a peaceful visual experience across the seven blocks. A gymnasium, swimming pool and spa are the major features incorporated in the design concept.
The towers are twenty-six to thirty floors high, where every apartment overlooks the view of the Shivalik hills and major roads. A six-metre gap maintains a circular profile and includes the club, fitness studio and infinity pools. Open community spaces and contemporary leisure areas comprise the green spaces spread over one acre, which are the centre of the site. The residential property’s master plan includes vertical high towers of two-sided open apartments, which includes defined spaces for people of all age groups.
